mind is a simple daily self-reflection habit. each day you answer a short set of your own questions, all phrased as completions of one honest framing: "did i do my best to..."

based on marshall goldsmith's daily questions described in his book "triggers". goldsmith's insight is that asking "did i do my best to..." instead of "did i..." shifts the focus to effort and engagement, the part that is actually within your control. rating your effort each day builds awareness and steady change over time.

write your own questions

you decide what matters. add questions like "eat healthy", "exercise", "be present with my family", or "make progress on my goals". answer each one yes or no, or on a simple scale.

see your patterns

a clean calendar shows your completed days at a glance. open any day to review or edit your answers, and watch per question averages build up as the weeks go by.

build a streak

a daily streak and an optional reminder help the habit stick, without pressure or noise.

private by design

your scores are yours. there are no accounts, no sign up, no servers, and no tracking or analytics of any kind. everything is stored on your device. if you use icloud, your data syncs privately across your own devices through your own icloud account, and we never see it. you can export and import a full backup as a json file at any time.

mind is built to be easy, simple, and out of your way. answer your questions, close the app, live your life mindfully.
